MEGHAN BOWEN - began dancing at the age of 7, first taking ballet. Studied the Cecchetti Method for 13 years. Eleven through twenty she went on to compete regionally and nationally. Winning top overalls year after year in all genres of dance. Meghan has had many wonderful opportunities to study under guest teachers from around the world. These opportunities came about through Dance Masters of America, Moscow Ballet Workshops, and many nationally acclaimed dance competitions, to name a few. Her journey as a dance teacher began at the young age of 14. For the last 25+ years, Meghan has been teaching children of all ages to dance, build confidence, and how to shine their brightest in all walks of life. She has kept up with her teaching and the evolving trends within the community in many ways. Within conventions, national teaching workshops accredited syllabi offered through different programs and Judging Regional and National Dance & Talent Competitions. Her competitive choreography has gone on to win numerous Top Overall Awards, Title Winners, Specialty Awards; Best Choreography, Most Entertaining, and Defying Gravity to name a few. As well as coach to the 2018 Bronze Winners for all-male hip hop at the Dance Worlds 2018! In the last 4 years, Meghan’s studio has also been blessed to have won the community award for Best of Best Dance Studio for 3 years, with 1st runner-up one year. A full-time mother of two, dance instructor/choreographer, and studio owner! Meghan will not only teach your child to dance, but it is her mission in life to help raise good humans!

EMILY MAUSER – Emily has enjoyed all genres of dance throughout her dance career. She began dancing at age 3 and moved on to dance competitively where she went on to win many awards and titles. Some of her fondest dance memories are dancing for an episode of Dance Moms in New York, dancing with Neo’s Ballet Theatre, and taking classes at conventions from many top choreographers in the industry. She is thankful for her diverse dance education and is passionate about teaching and growing young dancers. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, being a mommy to their two daughters (with one on the way!), and working as an esthetician in a spa.

ROGUE CORRIN - Rogue has been trained in all forms of dance for the past 17 years! She has studied lyrical, jazz, ballet, and acrobatics. She specializes in tap, hip-hop, and strength training. Although she has received numerous awards throughout her competitive career: national titles, top scoring overall, and special awards. Her greatest and most recent accomplishment is becoming a professional dancer for the Cleveland Cavaliers Powerhouse Team. She is excited to share her dance love and knowledge with the students at Elite Legends! 

HANNAH BLOOMQUIST - Hannah has been dancing since she was 2 years old. She has trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, musical theater, and acro. She competed in a variety of styles where she has received scholarship awards and many top overalls for groups, duo/trios, and solos, including regional and national titles. Hannah is currently working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance at the University of Akron where she is involved in Terpsichore Dance Club, UADC, and Choreography Workshop performances. She also travels with Precision Arts Challenge, a dance competition based out of Chicago, Illinois. Hannah is passionate about choreographing and teaching to help instill the love of dance in young students! 

EMMA HUFF - Emma began dancing at the age of 3 and All-Star Cheerleading at the age of 5. She is a freshman at Kent State University studying nursing and ASL. Emma's dance and cheer background has won her numerous awards and accolades. She has been taught USASF level tumbling her whole life. She has always been a key team player on every team she's been a part of. Her positive attitude and helpful demeanor with her fellow teammates have brought her to a new passion for teaching. She has become very passionate about sharing her tumbling knowledge with our students at Elite Legends. Emma is thrilled to be with us for Season 6! 

ALORA BOLDON - Alora began dancing at the age of 2, after moving to Louisville she started dancing at another local dance studio and competing at the age of 3. At the age of 13, she moved on to Elite Legends Academy of Dance. Over the years in her competitive dance she has won numerous awards including many titles and special awards; most recently Miss Kar Dance! She is a senior at Louisville High School, a Louisville Varsity Cheerleader, and a part of numerous school clubs. Alora cannot wait to share all her knowledge in all styles at the studio this year and is very excited to be a part of season 6 at Elite Legends as a teacher!! 

LAYLA KIRK - Layla is currently a freshman at GlenOak Highschool. She has been a dancer since the age of 3 and began competing at the age of 5. Layla has shown an immense amount of poise, respect, and love for dance from the very beginning. She has won numerous awards and accolades thus far in her competitive dance career including Teen Miss Dance at Star Systems National Talent Competition. She attends dance within the GlenOak arts program as well as a full dance student with Elite Legends. She is the big sister to 4 other siblings and has a genuine love for kids. When you ask Layla what Elite Legends means to her, here's what she has to say, "Elite Legends Academy of Dance is a family. Once you join it you are a part of it forever. SHARON CARL - Co-Owner and Certified Management Accountant. Sharon's years of owning her own businesses; SMC Bookkeeping and Crafts and Gifts By Sharon to name a couple, have proven that she is a true asset to Elite Legends Academy of Dance. Sharon has found that the dance studio has given her new life and rejuvenated her passions. She keeps our business practices and processes running smoothly and provides the business with a finesse you can trust. One of Sharon's main goals is to empower the students to be proud of their accomplishments! Sharon is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. We are so lucky to have her!!!
